Register for a Library Card

You may obtain a library card free of charge if you are over 18 and have a permanent address in Goshen County.

Minors may get a library card with parental consent. Please note, parents are responsible for any fees associated with their minor child's card.

Complete the application below, then visit the Goshen County within 14 days. Don't forget to bring a valid photo ID and proof of address.

Note: If your photo ID does not include proof of permanent address within the county, please bring a separate proof of address. Examples include a utility bill, rent receipt, or bank statement in your name.
